With these planes I try to emulate the craftsmanship of mid-nineteenth century English (British) Scottish, and American plane-makers before the advent of serious mass production brought about by the industrial revolution.

Modeled after a 19th century plow plane manufactured by the Sandusky Tool Company of Ohio

Used for jointing long boards
