Lidded containers have fascinated me since I was a child hiding my secret treasures, and today they are my most creatively stimulating body of work. When I create a turned wooden container I like to decorate the inside of the piece. When the lid is opened, a hidden treasure is revealed, a secret shared with the person who opens it.
