The Steamboat Springs Arts Council operates The Eleanor Bliss Center for the Arts at the Depot, offering exhibits in two galleries—the Depot Gallery and the Small Works Gallery. We present a variety of changing exhibits each year, including themed, juried, curated and private shows.
